2025 Southern California Camp

The Football Federation of Armenia (FFA) has started recruitment process for elite male players of Armenian descent to try out for the Armenian National youth soccer teams. Around June/July of 2025, the FFA will be hosting try-outs in Yerevan, Armenia for elite male players born in 2012 . The specific dates of the try-outs are to be announced by the FFA soon.

The initial selection camp will be organized and hosted by PAYFA. The camp will be conducted by seasoned coaches with youth soccer experience, ex-professional players, and other soccer experts. The camp will take place in Southern California, in the Los Angeles area around March, 2025. The specific venue and dates will be announced soon by PAYFA on our social channels.

Players selected from the Southern California camp will then be invited to FFA Academy in Yerevan, Armenia around June/July 2025. The specific dates and other details about the Yerevan camp will also be announced soon by the FFA and PAYFA.

Players throughout the United States are welcome.

Player nominations from your academy/club directors are required to participate in the Southern California camp. This will ensure that we attract the best players for the try-outs in Armenia. We are seeking nominations for players of Armenian descent at your highest club levels (ECNL, MLS NEXT, Elite Academy, and other top elite leagues in each region) who may be interested in competing for one of these spots. We are asking all clubs and academies to submit nomination forms as soon as possible to reserve a spot at the Southern California camp. If you would like to discuss with us first before submitting any nomination forms, please email us at info@payfa.org. Anyone who was born in Armenia or was born to or adopted by Armenian parents, or who has Armenian grandparents or great-grandparents, on their father’s or mother’s side will qualify as being “of Armenian descent.

    The registration fee is collected to support PAYFA's sustainability to continue it’s mission. The registration fee is non refundable regardless if the player will be selected or not.
